There's probably nothing more frustrating than working in a third-party call centre where the management, staff & employees are all on different pages. Information is all over the place, updated or not, and nothing is consistent. Supervisors will lie and come off as if they know the answer to a question for sure, but in the end it's the CSR that looks stupid for any misinformation given. How people can stay in a call centre longer than a year at a time at the same vendor is beyond me, but maybe it's just me.
