I Accidentally Picked Up an Underaged Girl.....and I REALLY like her

I was at Forever 21, shopping because they have men's clothes now.....I was waiting in line to pay and there was this cute chick in front of me, maybe like 16 or 17 years old. Total jailbait. But she was cute. So just to be funny I said to her, "So.....do you watch iCarly".....I was just f*ck*ng around, but she started laughing and said "yeah I do". We ended up having a GREAT conversation, and she gave me her number. Thing is, I REALLY like her. Turns out she's 17......and I'm 25. We've been talking a lot and she wants to go out sometime soon.........I wanna go out with her because she's cute and has a great personality, but I really don't want to go to jail, you know what I mean. GOD DAMMIT, why can't the legal age be 17?!?!!?!?

Add a Comment Give AdviceI started dating this guy when i was 4 months away from being 18- he was 23. He kept cracking jokes about my age all the time too, but in the end- we both knew i was more mature than him. I say- if she's that cool- date but dont get dirty with her until she's 18.
