Pollo Tropical Should be called Gato Tropical...what a dump!

Seriously why is this place still in business? Practically everybody that works there failed 7th grade and barely speaks English. I went through the drive-thru and asked for a chicken sandwich with french fries....I get to the window and the guy hands me a salad with some frozen drink. I told him "no senor, I ordered chicken sandwich with french fries" and he said "no, you said salad and baparapapapa". Really?! How the h*ll can you confuse me saying chicken sandwich and fries with salad and barapapapapa whateverthefuck he said? On top of that, the place is extremely dirty. I went inside to take a leak and almost slipped on the floor. Wet floor that they just cleaned? Nope. I almost slipped on what looked to be vomit.....not surprising, some dood probably ate one of those sh*%ty sandwiches and blew chunks afterwards. Grilled chicken as fast food is a novel concept.....too bad Pollo Tropical has failed big time. The chicken tastes like crap, I could have sworn I saw a whisker in my sandwich. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if that was a whisker. Stay away from this shithole!
