Always a Festival de Vallenato in Miami, Why?

Yeah why is it that every time I get off the highway in Miami, I always see some sign advertising a "festival de vallenato"? Every f*ck*ng time, it dont matter what month it is, what time of year, there always seems to be a festival de vallenato. For those who dont know, vallenato is annoying accordion music played by Colombians. After like 10 minutes, it's extremely repetitive and borderline retarded. I see only one benefit to attend like 10 vallenato festivals a year: To meet a bunch of hot, slutty Colombian chicks, and smash on the same night. We all know the reputation Colombian girls have.....
